Merry Christmas!! Are you all getting in the holiday spirit? After decorating our Christmas tree and doing some baking at the weekend I am feeling suitably festive!
There is SO much to get excited about at this time of year, food and drink wise. Warming mulled drinks, perfectly spiced cookies and the world's best excuse to eat chocolate for breakfast. What's not to love?
That being said, it can also be a pretty manic few weeks in the run up to the big day. One of my favourite ways to relax and reclaim some sanity is to take an afternoon to myself to do some baking. There are a whole host of exciting things you can try your hand at, but stollen is one of my all time favourite December treats.
