April was a busy month for us here at Good Times. Not only have we been working hard putting some very exciting plans in the pipeline for the next few months, we also took our show on the road with our very first market stall! Not to mention stealing away to the woods for a few nights and getting engaged! All in all it's been a pretty packed timetable - so we just thought we'd take five minutes to fill you in on the updates.
Eastbourne Borough Market
A couple of weeks back we visited our local market on the south coast, setting up stand in an unusually sunny spot with the sea in sight. Our hand carved ox horn combs (currently exclusively available from our market stalls) were the stars of the show. We managed to take a few pictures in between making new friends and eating excessive amounts of Japanese food...
The Good Times Market Stall Continues...
We're very happy to announce that the next stop for our little market stall will be Brighton Open Market, an exciting new space in our old home town. We'll be there all day this Saturday 9th May. You can learn a little more about this market from the video below.
In the press
This May sees Good Times featured in one of our favourite publications from another of our old home towns, the inimitable market town of Lewes. Viva Lewes featured Emily making up a fresh batch of our Rose Geranium and Pink Clay Soap. Photos from the feature can be viewed over on Carlotta Luke's photography page, or by picking up a copy from Lewes for yourself!
And Finally, A Very Woodsy Engagement
We're making it official! Last weekend we snuck away for what Emily thought was a retreat in the woods with friends, which ended up being a big ol' engagement party! Good Times were had by all, much prosecco was drunk. Happy days all round.
